What we collect

We receive the information you choose to send us: your name, email, phone number, delivery town or ZIP code and the details of your plant request, through the quote form, live chat, a call or an email. With each quote request we also note how you found the site (for example a search, an ad or a social post) so we know which channels work.

How we use it

Only to answer your request, prepare a quote, arrange delivery and follow up on your order. We never sell or rent your information.

Quote form and live chat

Quote requests and chat conversations are handled by HubSpot, the customer-relationship tool we use to keep track of requests. When you use the chat or interact with the page, HubSpot may set cookies to keep your conversation connected and recognize return visits. Before HubSpot is connected, requests are delivered by email through FormSubmit.

Analytics and advertising

We may use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand visits and measure which ads lead to quote requests. These services use cookies. You can opt out at Google Ad Settings or with your browser's privacy controls.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you've sent at any time through the quote form.
